Positive psychology (Psy –Cap= Psychology Capital), is the study on the strength and the excess of human mental factors that enables the growth of positive behaviors in the daily life as well as the work environment as a mean to reach welfare (well being). Psy-Cap approach is different from the Traditional Psychology approach with focuses on mental illness. Psy-Cap which has more preventive approaches has altered the orientation of the applications of modern psychology concepts to the environment and organizational field. This kind study is often refered as Positive Organizational Behavior (POB). This paper describes the research on the influence of Psy-Cap on the higher education world. In specific, the influence of the Psy-Cap and Learning Environment interaction to the relation between the National Adminission Test (SPMB) score and the Psycho-Test Score (IQ and EQ) toward the SBM-ITB students\u27 achievement index (GPA). The objects of this research are the SBM-ITB students (class of 2004). The data collecting method are through the opened and the closed questionnaires. The number of respondent is 110, however only 87 are valid. For data-processing, the statistical method ( reliabilities and validity test) and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) were used. The research found that: (1) The psycho test score (IQ and EQ) does not significantly influence the GPA; (2) The Psy-Cap factors of the students (hope state, optimism state, resiliency state, self efficiency, and subjective well being state) significantly influence the GPA; (3) not all interaction result of psy-cap and learning environment influence the GPA. This means some learning environment factors still do not have good qualities. (4) the good qualities of the learning environment factors in SBM are: computers and information technology, individual experiences, art, music, theatres, and friendship among students; (5) the less-good qualities of the learning environment factors in SBM are: library, lectures, experiences with lecturers and sponsor staffs, campus facilities, writing experience, club and organization, scientific and quantitative experience, topic of conversation, and source of information for the materials of conversation

Indonesian magazine business is characterized by high distribution cost, which constitutes of 60%-70% of the overall enterprise cost. This study aims to investigate the key agents who play significant roles to the distribution coverage in Indonesian magazine market, using social network analysis perspective. Data of 90 agents were collected from five respected publishers of four different major cities. Using ‘roster recalls method\u27, within 16 months period, 90 agents were interviewed by six field researchers, concerning their social relationship, family relationship, professional/working relationship with other agents. The study found that there are six key agents whose networks will be able to penetrate the Indonesian magazine market. By using only the identified key agents, publishers estimate that 31%-41% of distribution cost could be saved. Future related researches are also suggested in the final conclusion

The study aims to analyze change management implementation in Jatis Solutions and develop solutions to the finding issues to mitigate obstacles and accelerate the change stick. The company wanted to renew its business strategy and has announced it to the employees in Q4 2010.  The organization was restructured, the business process also changed according to the new strategy. Turnover ratio was increased from 17% to 58% in 2011. A study conducted in 2012, analyzing the change implementation by comparing with Kotter’s 8-steps Change Management model. Realizing the change is stuck in removing obstacles and creating short term wins steps, the interconnection business elements of the current change was measured using 7S McKinsey to see the probable imbalance of elements which might be the core obstacles to the change. The initiatives execution then measured using DICE methodology to understand the obstacles on winning the short terms. Improvements to change programs are proposed by preparing readiness for change to managers and employees motivation programs. Keywords: Change Management, IT Delivery Service, Kotter’s 8 Leading Step of Change, 7S McKinsey, DICE methodolog

To conduct mapping of competence gap it is used competency model through clearly defining for each competency level. The results of the gap analysis will be an input to run training and learning, based on the level of employee competence gaps. In order to implement the study, it is prepared a Training Program Outline (TPO) for each required competencies

Competition under revenue-cap regulation with efficiency benchmarking:tariff related incentives for gas transmission system operators in merged markets

In Europe, gas market mergers aim at reducing restrictions on gas wholesale markets. Market mergers also allow network users to book transport capacity at different gas transmission system operators (TSOs), which may give rise to inter-TSO competition. Our theoretical analysis reveals the incentive for TSOs, operating under a revenue-cap regulation in merged markets, to charge lower tariffs at borders where different TSOs offer capacity, compared to borders where only one TSO offers capacity. This incentive does not directly result from revenue-cap regulation but is due to efficiency benchmarking. We test this hypothesis by applying a panel data analysis to tariffs charged at German border points between 2015 and 2018. In line with our hypothesis, we find lower tariffs at those border points where network users have a choice between different TSOs. An additional sensitivity analysis differentiating between transit and meshed networks confirms this result. We conclude that German TSOs, operating in merged markets and under a revenue-cap regime with efficiency benchmarking, compete for demand at borders at which different TSOs offer capacity
